Research synthesis and content structure
New volunteers in a campus service scenario had to combine information from an email, a handbook, and a message thread. I redesigned the information sequence around what someone needed before their first shift.
Process mapping and tracking-sheet design
An illustrative support team used messages to pass work between coordinators and specialists. A request could look complete to one person while the next person was still waiting for a missing detail.
Information architecture and event-day guide
A student-event scenario had separate messages for arrival, room assignments, and volunteer roles. I combined the critical information into a guide that could be scanned quickly on a phone.
