- Prepared concise process notes and walkthrough materials for a supervisor review.
Selected projects
A clearer first week
Research synthesis and content structure. I compared a long reference document with a short first-week checklist. I chose the checklist as the entry point, with the reference information linked beside the action that required it. Each step has an owner and a completion signal.
Requests with a clear owner
Process mapping and tracking-sheet design. I defined four states: received, ready, in progress, and closed. A request becomes ready only when it has an owner, a due date, and the information needed for the next action. Blocked requests keep their owner instead of disappearing into a separate list.
An event guide people can scan
Information architecture and event-day guide. I organized the guide by time and task instead of committee. Arrival information comes first, followed by role check-in, the event schedule, and escalation contacts. Secondary planning notes move to a separate reference section.
