Current use
Portfolio Studio does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or analytics cookies. Public pages send a first-party page-view count to our site without setting browser storage. We keep daily totals by page, approved campaign tags, and a broad referral category. We do not store a visitor ID, IP address, full referring URL, or raw browser details in our analytics records. We remove aggregate records older than 13 months during routine traffic or dashboard activity. Short campaign tags may also be carried to on-site links and a checkout session.
Analytics is skipped when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. If you choose “Remember offer” after following a referral link, we set an optional signed referral cookie for 30 days. It credits the referral partner and applies the offer on this browser. If you decline, the referral can still travel in on-site page links for the current visit. You can remove the cookie in your browser settings. The site may use strictly necessary browser storage to preserve a pilot invitation during the current browser session and to support security, routing, or authenticated owner access.
Saved drafts
When you choose “Save and come back later,” your answers are stored on our server and a private resume link is placed in the page address. This is an optional feature, not an advertising cookie. A downloaded draft is saved to your own device at your direction.
Third-party checkout
If you continue to Stripe Checkout, Stripe may use cookies or similar technology for payment processing, fraud prevention, and security under Stripe’s own policies. Portfolio Studio does not receive your complete card number.
Consent
Our first-party analytics does not use cookies or other browser storage. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. We do not run cross-site advertising pixels.
Your controls
You can delete or block browser storage through your browser settings, though doing so may interrupt invitation, security, or sign-in features. Contact studio@portfoliostudio.co with questions.
