The challenge

This self-initiated music-event concept needed an expressive headline and practical event information. I treated the poster as a hierarchy problem: communicate the atmosphere first, then make the date and location easy to find.

My contribution

Art direction and poster system

The decisions

I paired oversized condensed type with an offset circular motif. A fixed information strip anchors the changing headline composition. The same rules adapt to a portrait poster, a square social tile, and a narrow event banner.

The evidence

The proposed campaign has a consistent event treatment and information hierarchy. The photograph is a creative-workspace reference, not an original poster. The review criteria are reading order, contrast, and whether the practical details remain legible when the design is reduced to a phone-size thumbnail.

The outcome

I produced a campaign direction and a repeatable layout system. No actual event, ticket sales, audience response, or commissioned client is represented.

Limits and next steps

Expressive typography works best when the essential information has a reliable place to live.
